Golfers are invited to the 22nd annual Charles Gleghorn Invitational Golf Tournament on May 17 at the Fayetteville Golf and Country Club. The tournament is sponsored by the Bank of Lincoln County and benefits the Motlow College Foundation.     The Moore County Middle School softball team closed out a rough season on Thursday, March 28 with a 12-2 loss at Cascade. That came on the heels of a 6-0 loss a day earlier at Community.     Health Occupation Students of America is a new organization at Moore County High School designed to help students who are interested in entering the medical field. The organization is holding its first community service project as a group this week, selling T-shirts for the American Heart Association to take a stand against heart disease.     The Moore County High School baseball team will be having a chili supper in the cafeteria before the home basketball game on Feb. 1 at Moore County High School. The Moore County basketball teams will be hosting Cascade on Senior Night. The chili supper will be from 4:30-6:30 p.m. and will cost $7. It includes chili, a dessert, drink and all the fixings.
